we arrived to the hotel and they told us at the reception that the hotel is fully booked even if i have a reservation voucher.it was unpleasant and stressful experience.
The man at the reception was very helpful and he called and booked us anther hotel in the same area and the same level and call for a taxi which took us to the ather hotel and paid to the taxi.it was very quik and effective.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Nice room size. Good location, not too far from the historic centre and right next to the station, not seedy and very safe. Supermarket is next door and meals are available through room service. Breakfast not cheap, but nice and plenty of choices.
Although a coffee machine is provided and is a great added bonus, but coffee capsules are not regularly replenished, and more creamer and sugar, as well as some tea bags would be great.

Thank you very much for a really nice stay on holidays. Make sure you stay in the king room with all amenities. Plus, the location is amazing, minutes from a bustling square. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff are competent. The hotel's restaurant is good for dinner. Nothing too much trouble, 100% recommend this place.

Staff and location were very good.
This hotel has smoking rooms (sigaretes smell). So when you book room its necessary to specify which type of room you prefer more.
